I am from Syracuse New York and now reside in Seattle Washington. I will forever love Seattle due to this is the city where I met my lovely wife and the birth place of our daughter. My background is in higher education working with college students. I’ve learned so much from the students, I try to give back knowledge and care to them in return.
It’s all about giving back and being a “connector” of people. I feel a responsibility to provide a level of balance and diversity to the world through highlighting fatherhood. Diversity Dad provides me the opportunity to give back on a larger scale — and celebrate the diversity of fatherhood.
I love music, sports, and family. My idea of a great day is just hanging with the family and eating at different restaurants. Since moving to the west coast, I’ve opened my mind in the sense of what I want to be exposed to, regardless if its different food, different places, or different people.
As a new dad, I want to teach my children to celebrate the differences that the journey of life will take them on. Sometimes those different journeys may help and sometimes they may hinder you. What I’ve learned is to embrace the journey and learn “life’s lessons” to make yourself better. I look forward to teaching my life lessons to my children in helping them on their own journey.
